1. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We use PayPal as our online payment processor. PayPal accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover

B. You may also use your PayPal account.

C. We also accept purchase orders. To submit a purchase order please contact us and enter a request. We will submit an invoice payable with 30 days. A license file will be issued and sent via email when payment is received.

2. How quickly should I expect a response to my online order?

You will receive an e-mail confirming your order with a receipt, typically within fifteen minutes. Your order will be processed as soon as it is received. You will receive a second email containing your license key and information for getting started with Presio shortly after receiving the order receipt email.

If you have not receive either email, please allow twenty-four hours for it to be delivered before contacting us.

Please also check your SPAM folder, as it may have been automatically stopped and moved into your SPAM or Junk Mail folder instead of being sent to your inbox.

3. I lost my license key. What should I do?

Submit a request via our Support Center. Include you name and email address. We'll resend your license information.

4. Can I install my single copy of Presio on both my laptop and desktop (or on my home computer and work computer)?

Yes, you may install your single license on any computer or laptop where you are the primary user. You may also use multiple copies of Presio at the same time on multiple computers. Presio utilizes a very flexible "named user" licensing agreement.
